• Clients may request project cancellation before work has commenced. • Once project planning, research, design, editing, development, or production has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed. • Siddharth Studious reserves the right to cancel or decline a project if necessary, with appropriate communication provided to the client.
• Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. • Refund requests submitted before any work has started may be eligible for partial or full consideration. • Completed, delivered, approved, or downloaded work is non-refundable. • Custom design, branding, video editing, website development, and marketing services are non-refundable after delivery.
• Advance payments secure project scheduling and resource allocation. • Advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced. • Any exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Reasonable revisions may be included based on the selected service package. • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. • Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery.
• Clients are responsible for providing required content, assets, credentials, and feedback on time. • Project delays caused by missing information, approvals, or assets from the client may affect delivery timelines. • Refunds will not be issued for delays resulting from client-side factors.
• YouTube thumbnail, graphic design, branding, and creative assets are custom-made and cannot be refunded after delivery. • Video editing projects cannot be refunded once editing work has commenced. • Website development projects may be eligible for partial refunds only if development has not significantly progressed. • Social media management and marketing services already delivered are non-refundable.
• Clients agree to contact Siddharth Studious first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and termination.
